If an order is canceled before shipment, any applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Billing & Shipping Information

Signature Confirmation

Where signature confirmation is required, the individual listed on the order should be available to accept delivery.

A completed signature may be used as proof that the order was successfully delivered.

Processing & Shipping

Estimated processing and shipping times are provided for convenience only.

Canal Hidden Access strives to process and ship orders promptly; however, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Canal Hidden Access is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather events, customs delays, delivery interruptions, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All sales are final.

Canal Hidden Access does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations except where required by applicable law.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact canalhiddenaccess@gmail.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

• Order confirmations
• Payment records
• Tracking information
• Delivery confirmation
• Signature confirmation, when applicable

• Fraud prevention records

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• Cancellation of future orders
• Refusal of future service
• Recovery of outstanding balances and associated costs where permitted by law
