By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

All purchases made through Canal Hidden Access are final.

Canal Hidden Access does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product descriptions, quantities, sizes, colors, and shipping information.

Processing & Shipping Times

Every order is carefully prepared before shipment.

Processing Time: Orders typically require 3–7 business days to be processed before shipment.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

While these are estimated timeframes, Canal Hidden Access always aims to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Many orders may arrive sooner than estimated; however, processing and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Billing & Shipping Verification

To help prevent fraud and protect both customers and Canal Hidden Access:

The shipping name must exactly match the billing name used during checkout.
The shipping address must match the billing address associated with the payment method.
Orders that do not meet these requirements may be delayed, canceled, or require additional identity verification before processing.
Canal Hidden Access reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified or appears to present a risk of fraud.

Signature Confirmation

For the protection of both the customer and Canal Hidden Access, a signature may be required upon delivery.

The individual whose name appears on the order must be available to sign for and accept the package at the delivery address.

Failure to be available to receive a signature-required package does not qualify the order for a refund, cancellation, return, or chargeback.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate, including:

Shipping address
Billing information
Contact information
Product selection
Quantity ordered

Canal Hidden Access is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every order is inspected before shipment.

If you believe you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged during transit, please contact canalhiddenaccess@gmail.com within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the shipping box
Clear photographs of the item received
A description of the issue

Each claim will be reviewed individually. Submission of a claim does not guarantee a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Canal Hidden Access is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Customs inspections
Holidays
Natural disasters
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Carrier disruptions
Circumstances beyond Canal Hidden Access's reasonable control

Shipping delays do not qualify for a refund, cancellation, return, or chargeback.

Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

Packages refused by the customer or returned because they were unclaimed or addressed incorrectly remain non-refundable.

If reshipment is requested, additional shipping charges may apply.

Chargeback Policy

Canal Hidden Access takes fraudulent and abusive chargebacks seriously.

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, customers agree to first contact canalhiddenaccess@gmail.com so that any concerns may be reviewed and, where possible, resolved.

If an order has been properly processed, shipped, or delivered in accordance with this policy, Canal Hidden Access shall not be held responsible or liable for delivery delays, carrier-related issues, customer errors, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that these circumstances do not constitute grounds for a chargeback.

If a chargeback is initiated, Canal Hidden Access reserves the right to submit supporting documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, including but not limited to:

Order confirmation
Payment confirmation
Shipping and tracking records
Delivery confirmation
Signature confirmation, when applicable
Customer communications
Fraud prevention records
IP address and transaction verification data, where available
Any other documentation supporting fulfillment of the order

Fraudulent, abusive, or invalid chargebacks may result in:

Permanent refusal of future orders
Reporting the dispute to the payment processor or card issuer
Recovery of outstanding balances and associated costs where permitted by applicable law
Any other legal remedies available under applicable law

Fraud Prevention

Canal Hidden Access reserves the right to:

Verify customer identity
Request additional documentation before shipping an order
Cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent or presents an unacceptable risk

Orders canceled due to suspected fraud may be refunded to the original payment method when appropriate.

Policy Acceptance
